Job Schaaij is a passionate and driven filmmaker from the Netherlands. His passion lies mainly in directing and writing screenplays, where he is inspired by themes such as theology, surreal environments, the battle between good and evil, and the diversity of human characters.

I have always been interested in theme's as sciens fiction, horror, history and people in general. stories that magnify reality and have a deeper opinion are all for me. I always try to apply these themes in different degrees in my work.

In addition to my interest in these genres, human psychology fascinates me enormously. I am fascinated by what drives people and how they respond to extraordinary circumstances.
